im making a home theatre.theres a paint made special for painting a wall to project on.can i buy it in stores?
i tried to order it online but had a problem with the company and never got my paint so got a refund. does anyone know if it can be bought in stores. i live on long island, so preferably stores that would be out here like home depot and wherever else sells paint.

You could probably get some at an AV specialty store. You can also make your own fairly easily. This forum has some good info on making your own paint or using some commercial off the shelf tints.

I used a sheet of white laminate (Formica) on a wood frame with a border made from trim. I prefer that over paint since you really have to get the paint smooth and my painting skills suck. Formica is also a lot easier to clean, and looks more like a professional screen. It only cost me about $80 to make.
